I run a florist in Bath. Weddings and funerals mostly, plus ready-made bunches for people walking home past the shop. I want somebody planning a wedding to be able to ask me things and send me pictures without ringing while I am at the flower market at six in the morning.

Plumber in Leeds, twelve years on the tools, mostly bathrooms and boilers with emergency call-outs at night. I cover the north of the city. The main thing is that somebody standing in a flooded kitchen can find my number in about two seconds.

I photograph weddings across the South West. Quiet and documentary, not much posing. Couples email me the same three questions every time — how long I stay, when they get the photos, how far I will travel — so I would like all of that answered before they write to me, and a way to check whether their date is free.

We run a five-a-side league on Tuesday nights at the leisure centre. Ten teams in two divisions, September to April. Captains need the fixtures and the table without me posting them in a group chat every week, and a way to tell me by Sunday if they cannot field a side.

I am on the PTA at a primary school in Norwich. We run the summer fair, the Christmas raffle and a second-hand uniform stall. Parents need to know what is coming up, how to help for an hour without committing to a year, and where the money actually goes.

Freelance illustrator, children's books and editorial work. I want the drawings to take up most of the screen, a page explaining how a commission actually works, and a form that asks for a deadline and a budget so I stop getting one-line emails I cannot answer.

I am a counsellor in Sheffield, seeing people in person and online. It needs to feel calm and say plainly what I work with and what I do not. Somebody should be able to book a first conversation without having to explain their whole situation in an email to a stranger.

We are a community choir in Cardiff. No auditions, about forty of us, rehearsals on Wednesday evenings and four or five concerts a year. Someone who has never sung in a choir needs to see that they are welcome, what a rehearsal is like, and where to turn up.
